I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were quite warm and not as described during booking, but they were still comfortable and had a Bosch coffee machine. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist with an e-bike rental mishap and being very polite and friendly. The location was excellent for exploring the city, being conveniently near medieval streets and the beautiful Nechar River. The dining options were versatile and delicious, catering well to vegetarians and vegans, although the price may not be the best value for what is offered.
My stay at the hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms, although facing the outside street, were very spacious, including the bathroom. The service was outstanding with friendly staff. The location was perfect for exploring Tübingen on foot. The dining options were broad and delicious, and the facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel had mixed experiences with the rooms but made up for it with exceptional service and a prime location. Despite some room challenges, the friendly staff and convenient location near the river made the stay enjoyable.
